Buttons for Cleaners is cleaning quotation and operations software for professional cleaning companies in Belgium and the Netherlands. It supports digital quotes, planning, Peppol-ready invoicing, and day-to-day operations for SME cleaning businesses.
General
Is Buttons for Cleaners suitable for my type of cleaning company?
Absolutely. Our software was developed in collaboration with dozens of entrepreneurs from the sector. Whether you run a cleaning company, window cleaning service, waste disposal service or industrial cleaner, and whether you manage a team of 2 or 200 people: our system is flexible. We replace the chaos of WhatsApp groups and loose Excel lists with one clear system that grows with your business.
I'm not very good with computers. Is the software difficult to learn?
No, ease of use is our top priority. We often hear from customers that they are surprised how quickly they get the hang of it. The planning board works with 'drag & drop': you simply drag jobs to the right employee. The app for your staff is designed so that everyone can work with it immediately (checking off work orders, registering hours, adding photos). In addition, you get personal guidance from a fixed contact person during startup, without extra costs for an expensive helpdesk.
Can Buttons for Cleaners integrate with my current accounting package?
Yes, that's one of our greatest strengths. We integrate with the most common accounting packages (such as Exact, WinBooks, etc.). Instead of spending hours manually typing invoices, Buttons for Cleaners prepares invoice proposals for you based on completed work. After your approval, the invoice is generated and booked. This saves our customers an average of hours of administrative work per week.
How do I keep control over my employees on location?
Through our mobile app, you keep your finger on the pulse, even from the office. Digital work orders: You see immediately when a job is completed. Proof: Employees can upload photos of the result and have customers sign digitally. Time registration & GPS: No more discussions about hours worked; you see exactly when clock-in and clock-out occurred.
What happens if I need to change a schedule or if someone is sick?
No more panic and no more calling around. In the planning board, you immediately see who is available. You drag the job to another employee and with one click, the relevant employee (and optionally the customer) is notified of the change via the app, email or SMS. Double bookings are automatically flagged by the system.
Why would I pay for software when Excel is free?
Excel is fine for starting out, but it slows your growth. A typo in a formula, a forgotten invoice or a double booking ultimately costs you more money and reputation damage than a software subscription. Buttons for Cleaners pays for itself through: Time savings: Less administration means more time for customers or acquisition. Error reduction: No more forgotten work orders or unbilled hours. Professionalism: You come across as sharp and reliable to your customers with digital receipts and correct invoices.
How can I see if this really works for my company?
We believe in 'seeing is believing'. Every business works slightly differently. That's why we offer a no-obligation, personal demo.
